How can I make payment?
Payment can be made securely online using your credit or debit card when placing your order. Alternatively, we also accept cash upon collection of your garments.
What is your minimum order threshold?
We offer FREE COLLECTION & DELIVERY on all orders over the value of £20.00.

Can I visit your shop? I don’t like placing orders online?
Absolutely, we love meeting our clients in person and will be happy to assist you with all your laundry and dry cleaning needs.
Are my garments insured whilst in your care?
Rest assured that we will take excellent care of your clothes. They are insured whilst being transported and they fall under our standard terms and conditions of care facility whilst being cleaned.
Are there garments that you will not clean?
Currently, we clean most items of clothing. If we decide upon inspection that it would not be sensible to wash one of your garments, we will contact you and agree the best course of action.
Can you get a stain out for me?
We will certainly try! Stains are best treated immediately, so if you happen to spill something, run cold water over the stain. This will greatly help the affected garment and make the stain easier for us to remove.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
